I have several bags of breastmilk in our fridge. Mostly from 2-3 days ago. Is it ok to move refrigerated breastmilk to the freezer, or should it be pumped and immediately frozen? Such a newbie at anything related to pumping!

You can freeze it. I read that BM is good in the fridge up to 8 days and at that point you can move it to the freezer.

Freeze it!
We always refrigerated to drop the temp instead of going right to breast to freezer. Then froze in the regular freezer and once completely frozen transferred to the deep freezer. This allows for more even freezing and to ensure the core of the bag gets frozen completely.

You can freeze it, but if you are going to be doing it regularly it is better to freeze right away. This is the same principle with freezing anything else. It is going to be fresher after freezing if it wasn't sitting around for a couple days first.
