So I just started making some baby food, in order to prepare for LO can I just defrost in the fridge and serve at room temp? Or do they have to actually be heated at some point?

It depends on your preference. I always liked to warm everything up slightly. But if you chose not to and your LO likes room temp food, then I don't think you need to?

I don't think you have to warm frozen food up, but I used to give my DD slightly warm food.

I would defrost in the fridge so it was still cold if I didn't heat it up.

Ok thanks! From some of the directions online I couldn't tell if it needed to be reheated for safety concerns.
