A lot of moms at my LO's daycare pack gogurt for their kids and they all tell me it is such a great and healthy snack for kids. So far I take her yogurt in a glass jar, I mix plain yogurt with smashed blueberries or homemade puree for her. But because all the moms were raving about how healthy go-gurt is I decided to take a look at it in the store. But when I checked the label there is no fruit in there at all, so I'm surprised it has a reputation for being so healthy for young kids. what makes go-gurt so great, is it just because its in a tube and easy to eat?
