my little one (6 months) got me GOOD yesterday! she didn't feel like nursing, apparently, and clamped down as if to make a point. her tooth just, just cut the day before, and it's sharp as hell. she is much more feisty than her older sister so I'm really hoping she doesn't think she can use that as a tool!!
my toddler only ever bit once (as a baby) and I don't even think it was on purpose - she had finished nursing and I wasn't paying attention.

She would bite me a few times with every new tooth. It sucked- and like you say they are sharp as hell! I would watch her really carefully for a few days, and as soon as she slowed down nursing on one side I would pull her off. She usually would only bite after she was finished really eating and was just comfort nursing at the end.

Many, many times. She does it when she's done, or doesn't want any. She drew blood earlier this week.

Blake is a big time biter. Before he had teeth he also would clamp down and twist his head, scratch, and pinch.

Yes! Totally tmi, but M bit into my nipple. It hurt SO bad. And there was blood.

My baby boy just got his first tooth... like a tiny knife to the nipple. I know it's not intentional but maaaan it hurts

Yup - J has 2 teeth on the bottom and then sprouted 4 top teeth almost over night. It's not intentional but he's enjoying learning how to use them

Yes, I had a few bites. I think they were usually when my son was no longer eating and just playing around, or if he was frustrated about something. I remember one of the worst bites happened after I weaned him. I had not breastfed him in at least a couple month, and he was really angry about something. I grabbed him to give him a hug, and he leaned forward and bit my nipple through my shirt! He bit really hard too! I remember being so shocked by it, because I was trying to be nice and give him a hug, and he responded by biting me. It hurt my feelings lol
