What did you take? Did it help?

I took domperidone and it was GREAT. I actually didn't have supply issues - I was prescribed it for its original purpose, which is for GI stuff (I had reflux). It increased my supply even more. No side effects except it apparently makes your bowels speed up a bit. Having researched it I find it appalling that domperidone is not legal or whatever in the U.S., but apparently you can get it through a compounding pharmacy. Or if you live near a border or know anyone traveling, get yourself some Motilium (brand name).

I took Domperidone. It helped, but it was really expensive and I was supposed to take it 4x a day. I didn't want to pay $120/month and could never remember to take it that frequently, so I couldn't tell you if it worked that great. In my life, it wasn't feasible.

Wow, here in Mexico domperidone costs the equivalent of $15 for a box of 20 or 30 tablets I think. Damn.

I took it for supply issues after I had been quite sick, it saved our nursing relationship, and I was able to wean off of it after about a month.
