When LO started solids and up until this week, I used to give her one thing at a time during her meals. Like, I would feed her a serving of rice porridge, then a serving of steamed sweet potato, then a serving of pureed pears - every thing was separate.
Then last night I made barley porridge with chicken, zucchini, and carrot together and I totally felt like a rock star.
How kinds of "meals" of solids do you make? Or, do you still do things separately?
Yeah, she loves fruit...Sometimes I want to make kimchi bokkeumbap, then turn it into jook, and feed it to her like a real Korean. LOL.
Haha. I can't wait until I can start giving her spicy deliciousness!
