Ummmm, if you can't have liquid 15 mins before/after, how do you manage to get it down w/o gagging?
It tastes like worcestshire sauce and dirt.

You start to get used to it. My LC told me that "ideally" you would not drink liquids 15 minutes before or after but if you have a little sip of water before or after, it would be okay. I just tried to stay away from drinking a whole glass around the time I took it.

I sometimes mixed it in with my oatmeal. I make my oatmeal thick so I didn't count it as a liquid. This might be cheating though.

Oh, Lord, "worcestshire sauce and dirt"... you all are good mamas!!!

I tried the liquid couldn't handle the taste (and that the dropper didn't have a measurement) so I switched to the pills.

It helped to squirt it under my tongue to limit contact with my taste buds and then swallow as quickly as possible. After a while, it wasn't as bad. But I was still really happy when I didn't have to take it anymore.

I take the pills with a small bit of water. Pain in the neck and I usually don't get the full amount in.
