Just that day. Once I'd nurse/pumped enough to semi empty them they felt sooooooo much better.

I kept waiting to be engorged but mine snuck in on day 3.i don't know if it was because he was nursing so often but I'm glad I skipped that! Sounds ouchy hope you feel better soon!

It too me a few days after the milk came in, was nursing every 2 hrs or less so that helped

about a day and a half for it to go away. oh man it was soooo sore, i did use a cold compress after feeds for about 20 minutes, and that helped.
