Another thing I'm terrible at, giving my toddler way too many snacks. She is constantly saying she is hungry! I wouldn't mind as much if they were healthy but half of the time they are not. Crackers, pretzels, dry cereal, drinkable yogurts, popcorn...

I think I need to limit her snacks throughout the day so she eats a more balanced meal. How many snacks does your LO get a day? Are they pretty healthy or more "treat" type snacks?
