Like the title says, how much do you pay per week at your daycare center? I know this varies greatly by location, but just trying to get an idea.
Please don't vote if you use in-home daycare. Thanks!

Mine doesn't go to daycare but when I was looking around at day cares in the area a couple years ago (we live in the suburbs) the larger centers were about $1200-1400 per month. There were some as cheap as $800 a month.

@lawbee11: you may want to specify the age because prices go down as your LO gets older.

We pay $200/wk for DD1 (2 yrs) and will pay $225/wk for DD2 (newborn)... at least until we move DD1 to a private center, in which we'll pay $1050 per month.

@littlek: I thought about doing that but I don't think there are enough blanks in the poll for all those options!

That's interesting, because the price is the same for all ages in our daycare.

$1200 a month for the infant room, so $300 a week. About to go down to $1,120 when she moves up rooms but then we will pay for food, so not going to save that much.
ETA: We live in the city but day care is in the burbs by my work. The day care by the house was $1,600 a month, for the same center (Goddard).

$207 per week for a toddler (food is included) in Oklahoma. The price keeps going down as they get older.

@littlek: Not lunch. I haven't got all the information but I think snacks and milk are provided. But it is like $3 a day (my friends goes to another Goddard) for the meal plan. Yours is?

@Smurfette: Ours is 175/week and is "cheap' because it's in the burbs by our house. The ones by my office are a lot more expensive. Ours includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and milk once they're in the toddler room. M isn't eating lunch yet but once she does they also provide Gerber purees in the infant room.

@lawbee11: dang! Why can't I find a place like that? None of my friends have their kids lunches provided by their day care.

The one nearest to us that we'll likely use is $1,600ish per month for infants. So $400 or so per week. The price goes down after age 2, I think? It's in Westchester County NY.

AM and PM snack, lunch, milk and wipes included.
Full time.
She is there 7am-4:30pm.
Private Center: $210/wk 1 year old room. We get a 20% discount off of that, though. Center is open from 7am-6pm.
Private Center: At 2, she will move to a different daycare where it is $207/wk for the 2 year old room. I know we'll still get a discount (prepay discount) but not sure how much yet. Center is open from 6:30am-6pm.
Large Chain: We would like to send her to this place where it's $265/wk but that's just not in the budget.

1950/month for infant room, nothing included. It's the cheapest day care in our area....it's by month and there are different weeks each month, so I won't attempt to break it down.

The place we're looking at is $171 for 3 full days in the infant room. Would be $156 in the toddler room with meals and snacks included.
