I look up everything and go from scientific journals to looking around forums for common knowledge. It's probably too much googling around but I just can't help myself. Anyone else feel like they have to look up all things baby?

I usually ask another friend who loves to research if I have a question.

I didn't do much research. but i have my go-to places to find answers though. I didn't read 1 single pregnancy book.

I don't research much at all really. Too easy to suffer from Google-MD syndrome...there is someone out there who has had whatever ailment or issue you can worry about and look up online.
I do look up general, common knowledge type questions and see what a general consensus is - but I don't worry too much about those few and far between results that deviate from the norm.
I research baby products for safety and other reviews by people who have used them.

I look everything up! From possible allergy symptoms to the best board books to buy. Everything gets at the least a quick search through Google.

Well, I used to research a lot of stuff for working in NICU, because I didn't want to tell parents anything I couldn't back up with a study, so that has definitely come over to how I approach things with our own baby. I am a little more lax about what I do personally vs what I preach professionally though.

I have a ton of friends with kids already so if I have a question I ask them or hop on Google. Usually I have something specific though.

I spend way too much time researching everything! I'm in my in-between time before my classes start up again and it's what I've been doing while the weather is still cold and the ground still slippery (although I have no excuse now since most of the snow has melted).
I Google, reference it with my Mayo Clinic Guide to Pregnancy, then search the Mayo Clinic site and other baby sites, I get my daily email updates from thecradle.com, and I also like to watch The Pregnancy Guru on Youtube for my weekly updates.
Not to mention HelloBee, babyandbump, and WeddingBee forums.
