Olive is 11 months, and I still leak a fair amount when nursing or becoming engorged. I still need to wear nursing pads or stuff a burp cloth inside my shirt when I'm at home.
How old is your LO and how much do you leak?

My LO is a month old, and I regularly leak through breast pads and my bra. It's ridiculous!

my kids are 5 months and i leak all the time. i have to buy boxes of pads at a time (like 4 boxes of 60).... i try to catch the leak when i'm breastfeeding only 1 at a time.

Super leaky! If I switch boobs and don't pull that side up milk is all over the place.

I almost never leak. I gave a box of my breast pads to a friend because I never have to use them.

I don't leak anymore. I think I only leaked the first 3 weeks!

I exclusively pump and T is 4 months....I only leak in the morning since I don't pump overnight anymore.

I don't really leak - it's only happened a couple of times at night when LO started stretching her sleeps out and I became engorged but it's never happened during the day. DD is 12 weeks old now and I have a box of nursing pads that have never been used. Hopefully if leaking isn't happening by now, it's not going to!

Imnot even due for another 2 weeks and I have to wear bra pads, have since may! I always think "well there doesn't seem to be THAT much in the pad" and then attempt sleeping without them, and wake up soaked. Ugh.

I never really leaked! I bought breast pads for both of my babies and never really needed them. I have friends who said they were like fountains!

@Mrs. Bee: Almost 5 months and still leaking.
I used to leak an insane amount but now I can usually get through the day with only one set of breastpads and use one more set at night. I used to have to change them every single feed.

She is 6 months old, and I can't nurse without a breast pad or something on the other side becuase I ALWAYS leak. I got a milkies Milk Saver and often catch 1 ounce at a time.

She is 4.75 months and I still leak a lot. Not just in droplets either but forceful sprays. The other day I took of my bra to pump after not pumping all day and milk just started spraying out in a high arch, DH was shocked!

She's 16 weeks and they mainly leak now when I'm nursing one side or at night. I thought i was past needing to wear pads all the time, However I was at the grocery store the other day when I crossed my arms and felt my chest was wet. Thankfully I was wearing a dark shirt so it wasn't noticeable. So embarrassing and one thing I hate about BFing.

I never leaked at all. I had two boxes of breast pads that went to waste.

I leaked a bit in the beginning and when LO started dropping nightfeeds but it wasn't much at all. I usually pump before bed because my LO gets a bedtime bottle.
Last week I was tired and skipped my pumping session. When I nursed my LO in the morning my other boob leaked and left a giant wet patch on my LO's belly! That's the extent of my leaking these days...

None.... even though I nurse/pump 8-9 times a day! Neeeeedd mooorreee milk!

I leaked like crazy with Wagon Jr., went through probably 10 boxes of 60 nursing pads!! Although in the beginning I'd change them even if they weren't full, after taking a shower. After a few boxes worth, I caught on and only changed them after I actually leaked. When he started sleeping thru the night, I'd leak through two pads on each side, my bra, nightshirt, and onto the sheets. Lots of laundry.
This time around I did leak a bit before mastitis, but now after I almost never leak. But this is because I am nursing or pumping every 3-4 hours.

oh my goodness!! I leaked like CRAZY when DS was younger. So much so that I wouldn't know what to do because in public I'd soak through all my nursing pads and still have huge wet spots on my shirt! It was so embarrassing.
That ended around 4-ish months. Now I hardly ever leak. Sometimes at night, but during the day I don't.

I'm leaking a lot less now (at 6.5 months). I still need to wear nursing pads when I go out to avoid the embarassing wet circles, but the leaking usually only happens when let down happens. I rarely have spontaneous leakage now.

do you really?! I totally stopped leaking after maybe 3 months. Liv is still nursing at almost 14 months and I rarely get engorged now.

My LO is four months and I only leak a little from the opposite side I am feeding her on. It is usually only the first minute or so and then it stops. I used to leak more in the beginning but now I hardly do at all! No breast pads here!

@LivsMama: i absolutely cannot nurse without a nursing pad or a burp cloth stuffed in my shirt on the other side or my shirt will get wet. but i only need one breast pad a day now whereas i would go through a lot more when my supply was being established.

@Mrs. Bee: WOW. I dont have any idea why I just stopped leaking. I remember being shirtless one morning when Liv was maybe like 3 weeks old and she was nursing and the other side was just dripping. I never realized it dripped SO much until that day lol. DH was like "uhmmmmmmm is that normal?" LOL

Daytime leaks stopped after a month or so. Now I only leak (just a little) at the first feed of the day.
