Today is my first day not pumping!! LO's daycare just re-opened today after a month-long break, and I decided that after a month without having to pump, I'm done. We still nurse on demand but I rarely got more than 2 oz during my one session before the school break anyway. We just took bottles (of wcm) away from her last week, so she's been nursing like crazy and my boobs are achy now, but I soooo am done with the pump (LO will be 18 months next week...)

Woohoo! So I totally thought I was done last week, turned out I got my period back so that's why I had nothing. Granted, I'm just getting 2 oz per one 20 min session.. And she's barely nursing... So I might officially quit after she turns 10 months...

I'm cutting back to two/day when T is 6 months old and one/day shortly after. Pumping at work is for the birds. I want my 90 minutes/day back, dammit! HB makes me feel like an underachiever

@regberadaisy: yeah, it was a crazy long time to keep pumping! She's off bottles now (since last week) so at daycare she just gets a straw cup of wcm and a cup of water to drink during meals and snack times.

@blackbird: Fellow underachiever here. Hoping to continue nursing morning/night, but at 6 months I'm going to start relying on the frozen stash.

@SeptMomma12: my baby still hasn't gotten the hang of bottles aside from small amounts. So my frozen stash doesn't do me much good! He'll drink a bit from cups, etc but not close to all he needs.

I have until February when LO #2 turns 8 months. It's as much as I pumped with LO #1. I have 4 more months. I typically do two pumps a day because it's too much to go three times a day with the way that it's set up.

2.5 more months! Once Logan turns one, I'll be cutting back until I'm done pumping and then hopefully continue to nurse morning/night until he's ready to stop.

Sigh...LO is ten weeks now and I go back to work in two weeks. So that makes 42 weeks to go I guess? Two weeks pumping 1-2x/day at home then 40 weeks of pumping 2-3x/day at work. Hope it goes fast!

I'll hopefully pump til 10 or 11 months and ds2 will have bm til one. I go back to work in a month.

DD2 will be 1 in 6 weeks. Hopefully, I will be done in 5 weeks. I have enough milk to last maybe 3-4 weeks.

Maybe only a week! LO is one this weekend and that was my pumping goal so it depends on how pumping weaning goes. I WOH 3d/wk and pump once each work day so it shouldn't be too bad. Then using up my freezer stash and nursing while I'm home. So close!

I will pump til LO 3 is 1 so I have a long ways to go!

10 more months. I pumped a year for LO1 so I would feel guilty if LO2 didn't get the same. I actually don't mind because I don't get any breaks a work normally, so if I quit pumping it will just mean more work. I like having the 15 minutes to think about my kiddos twice a day.

@regberadaisy: I actually wind up passing out on the couch most nights, which isn't much better!

Probably another 6 weeks. I pump 1-2x a day (2 if it's a work day 1 if it's not) and R is 9.5 months. I'll stop the day pump at 10 months and probably stop pumping altogether at 11 months. I have 60 oz in the freezer and haven't touched it in months. Even when I work he just usually gets one bottle a day (2-3x a week) so I could probably last a month on the freezer stash. He has very little interest in nursing right now except MOTN and before naps and bed. Lucky me!

Until June. I probably won't pump when school is out, and he turns 1 in Aug. I pumped til a year with LO1, and nursed until 14.5 months, so I'd like to do similar this time.

4.5 more months, when DS will turn 1. Counting them down... Although depending on my freezer stash I may be able to stop pumping at work a little bit early. That would be fabulous!
