I came across this article today: http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/commentary/ct-snacks-kids-obesity-20150529-story.html.

It talks about how parents are constantly giving their kids snacks throughout the day, and it can be stressful in school situations and extracurricular activities when you're always having to provide snacks. I know the article is focused on school aged kids, but I see this even with toddlers. I don't mind giving my son one/two snacks a day, but I like for him to be hungry by mealtime so he will actually eat. So I'm curious, how often do you give your toddler a snack?
