Probably once or twice a week for LO 2 (12 months) when she doesn't eat enough dinner!

DS is 11m and I never nurse him to sleep... I used to, but now he doesn't fall asleep while nursing

At night, it's 50-50 whether she'll fall asleep nursing or just be drowsy and need a little more snuggle time. For naps, I nurse her to drowsy or sleep for pretty much every one on the weekends. Weekdays she's either at daycare or home with DH, but I do go at lunchtime to nurse her and she'll occasionally fall asleep on me there.
I never thought I'd be one to nurse my LO to sleep, but it works for us so I'm not fighting it. She can fall asleep on her own, but she always looks so satisfied and peaceful when she nurses to sleep, it's one of those precious moments I just savor.

Not for a long time. Maybe if she was already exhausted at night! She's 16 months.

Always and I love it. Best part of the day, unless he's biting!

Very rarely now at 9m. She usually pops off herself an I just put her in crib. Once in awhile if she's utterly exhausted she'll fall asleep nursing. It used to be all the time and I miss it but it's also good that other people can put her to sleep now too.

I give her a bottle and feed her to sleep before bed almost every night. I know it's not quite the same as nursing to sleep, but it is in a way...I get to snuggle close with my baby for a few quiet minutes as she drifts off to sleep . I've been meaning to train her to fall asleep on her own but I love that part of my day. I keep saying next month!!

I nurse before bed every night. She falls asleep nursing about once a week.

With Ellie? Never. Lorelei? Always. Mostly it's awesome. Lately she's been biting some because she wants to have whole conversations without actually unlatching. We're working on it. I just have to try not to sing anything too interesting at bedtime.

Pretty much every night and most naps on the weekends. He goes to sleep by himself during the week at daycare.

I don't ever purposefully nurse her to sleep. Sometimes during the week she's exhausted after not napping well at daycare and will fall asleep nursing before bed. DH always reads her a book after I nurse, though, so that usually wakes her up (but sometimes if she's really tired she'll just sleep straight through!).

@char54: it's the same, baby snuggles
I nurse her to sleep every night and most naps. I am trying to break the naps because i would like other people to be able to put her down.

Any time he lets me... Which is not that often. But I love for him to fall asleep on me after he eats.

Maybe 4 nights a week? The other 3, I nurse her before bed, but put her down awake (because she'd nurse for hours if I let her).

Until 3 days ago I would have said every night but this friday my LO decided he is done with it (he is 13m).

Every time, which is all the time for my one month old. Eat and sleep, eat and sleep!

LO is 9 months. Always - well, for every sleep where I'm with him. He'll fall asleep for others, but if I have him, he wants to nurse to sleep. I love it and am fine with it, but only because we started cosleeping. Before that it was awful having to nurse him to sleep, then trying to lay him back down without him waking up to start all over. I think now he sleeps better just because of other factors like growing out of things, but I think we'll be cosleeping for a lot longer now because it just works so well for us.
