My LO is 8 days old and was born at 35w3d. He's been in NICU since he was born and Ive been pumping like a maniac, trying to get my milk to come in. We've been working with a lactation consultant who specializes in nicu babies and she has gotten LO to successfully latch twice and take two full feeds from the breast. He's a natural, absolutes LOVES getting it from the tap.

Im feeling a lot less anxious about being able to successfully breastfeed (a huge goal of mine) since meeting with her.

Just needed to share the excitement before I burst!
