I ate the rest of LO's pureed pears straight from the pouch this morning--didn't want it to go to waste and was actually quite nice!

Ha yes. I would probably lose 5 lbs If I stopped finishing his food, especially because I put a lot of butter and oil in it to add calories!

I try really hard not too. I go to weight watchers- and the leader said- you don't want that $2 box of mac and cheese to go to waste, so eat it, but think about the $14 you are going to spend to lose it once you eat it. That has totally stuck with me!

no because we're dealing with finger foods and a very messy eater stage right now. that stuff just isn't appetizing after he's smushed it 5 times before or after chewing it and spitting it out.

If I'm still hungry, yup. Otherwise, if it's not too yucky, I save it for snack time.

No, but all LO is eating these days is oat cereal and puréed veggies and it all looks disgusting!

We mix his fruit into cereal and breast milk so no. Eating my own breast milk kind of squicks me out lol. Although, I've been mixing pumpkin into his cereal and I tasted a little bit that got on my hand and it totally tastes like an underseasoned pumpkin pie. Now I know why he has been inhaling it. He gets his veggies straight but I only eat the orange ones because I hate peas and the green beans are so blah.

Yup! I hate wasting food. If I don't want to eat it then I usually wrap it up for her lunch the next day.

Depends on what it is. She is dairy free and I don't like almond milk so her leftover breakfast cereal goes to the dogs. We usually try and save her leftovers and give them to her at her next meal.... I'm too lazy too cook more than I have to

NO. My son mutilates his food as soon as he gets his hands on it. It looks disgusting by the end. I do hate to waste food so very much, but I will not pick corn out of my son's hair and eat it hehe because that's where it ends up.

Sometimes, but only if it's something I don't think she's touched. I'm not a germaphobe I'm just so tired of getting sick! She likes watching me eat her leftovers. Today I was eating her sausage off of her plate, standing over the trash can, and she giggled at me while I did it.
