My survivor group just posted this and I thought I would share it here:

A recommendation from one of our Lymphoma Club members who writes: "Something I feel most people don't know about is a fertility rescue program. I was lucky enough to come across in my journey with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I know people spend tens of thousands of dollars in an effort to preserve fertility before chemotherapy. Sher Institute of Reproductive Medicine (there are 6 in the U.S.) will do a cycle of IVF for FREE if you have cancer."

I think there was also some discussion about possible free sperm/egg freezing for those starting chemo.
