Or wait a bit? I tend to do it a bit after in case she changes her mind and wants more, but just lately I'm having trouble getting her to eat at all so I should probably just bite the bullet and pump to maintain/increase supply, right? Ahhh I don't know what to do, lol.

When I started pumping, DS was eating every 3 hours and going down for a nap every 90 minutes. Therefore, I would pump every time he went down for a nap. Of course, that was back when he was a sleepy baby and would take longer than a 45 minute nap. But essentially, I was either feeding the baby or pumping every 90 minutes or so.
