I would guess the younger the better? Is there an age when your child deals with changes better?

With my company moving next summer, I need to find a new daycare provider for our daughter. She is 15 months now, we have paid through December, so we have to stay through December. We can move after that since the centers we are looking at are still on our way to our current offices, they're just on the other side of town.
