I have most of a Gonal-F pen left and I'm not sure what to do with it. I believe I used one dose and the rest of it is left. Do I just throw it away? Donate it? I did use some, but the way the pen works you change the needle every time so I believe it's not contaminated or anything.

Normally I'd suggest donating to a clinic, but in this case I don't know if there's much you can do. Even if you change the needle isn't there the risk of bodily fluids being aspirated back into the pen? (I didn't use Gonal-F so I'm not totally familiar with the design) So my guess is that clinics and any rational person wouldn't take a used pen...
