This might be a stupid question but if when you are breast-feeding or pumping and you do not feel let down, does that mean they're still milk inside your breast? I always feel let down when breast feeding but not always with pumping.

I would say yes because I don't always feel let down. Often when nursing I will but not always.

Not everyone feels let down so yes, you'd still have milk in your breast available.

I never felt the letdown when either BF or pumping and still had milk.

i don't feel it when pumping - only breastfeeding! so i'm sure there is milk even without the let down feeling.

Sometimes my LO sucks and sucks and she barely gets anything. :T There were times when I pumped and nothing would come out for a good 15 minutes too!

I still dont know what let down is lol. I've been breastfeeding and pumping for over a week now. My pump has different pump modes for let down but I cant tell when/if I let down at all.
