Hi ladies -- I was wondering if any of you in the IVF veteran camp could help me understand the different IVF "protocols." Perhaps there's a website you found particularly informative? I have a good AMH and am in the 30-35 age group, so I'm guessing I will be on a milder stimulation.

We are currently unexplained, though I have very mild endo (found on a lap and visible only on my bladder), and slightly elevated levels of testosterone and DHEA-S.

For those of you who have gone through this... how often do they find that all eggs are just not fertilizable? I feel like if my eggs were ok, we should be preggo by now, especially since I am ovulating, my husband has good sperms, and my tubes are clear. I am worried about the odds of IVF really working for us. We're giving IUI another shot this month, but I didn't seem to react particularly well to the Femara (very painful AF who arrived at 11dpo, so earlier than usual!!).
