@MrsYellowJacket: That's wonderful! What a strong number to start with! Wishing you tons of great news in the coming days.
@raintreebee: That doesn't sound far off to me! Best of luck!!

Thank you! We're pretty pumped.
I didn't go to work today, but *could* have - slowly. Lol. I had early morning global meetings so I worked from home. Same story for tomorrow too. I'm welcoming the extra down time with my heating pad. It's not nearly as bad as I had it in my head...

@raintreebee: Sending good vibes for your retrieval - I assume it's tomorrow??
@FliegepilzHut: thanks! We get our next update tomorrow - I need to stay suuuuper busy today.

@MrsYellowJacket: Hope you are staying busy. Yes, ER is tomorrow morning. I was kinda hoping it would be earlier in the week so I could miss more work, lol. That is cool you get updates along the way. We just get our fertilization report and then nothing until day 5.

@raintreebee: How are you doing??
Yes - we got our day 3 report. All 12 are developing quite well so we'll do a 5 day transfer on Sunday! We can't believe it. We're so used to bad news from the clinic. I don't know what to do with the good news! We're so thankful.

@raintreebee: Hope things went well this morning!!
@MrsYellowJacket: You still have 12! So wonderful! Best wishes for a smooth transfer Sunday!!!
We are finally getting started with our donor recipient cycle, thankfully! I started Lupron injections today, and our donor's retrieval should be at the end of the month, with a tentative transfer planned for June 1st. My last transfer (BFP but miscarriage) was in November - it sucks that it has taken this long to finally get another chance at pregnancy. Just trying to stay hopeful after all these years of disappointment.

@MrsYellowJacket: Hooray! FX for continued growth and a great transfer in a couple of days!!!
Do you know yet whether you'll transfer 1 or 2?
@momazon: That's WONDERFUL news!!! Sending lots of good vibes your way!

@FliegepilzHut: WOW!!! That's so crazy, you're already almost in the home stretch! (Although I know it must feel like you have AGES to go... getting past that 24-week hump must feel like a huge accomplishment.)

@momazon: This is super exciting. xx
@MrsYellowJacket: Wow, talk about a perfect cycle.

@momazon: I can't figure out whether 3.5months/15weeks is a pretty long or incredibly short time. Either way, it's going to go fast! I am SO VERY hopeful for you and wishing you the very best!!! Here's to us all hopefully "graduating" soon!

@momazon: Thanks! That's great you're started on the next step. We have to take the small victories along the way!!
@FliegepilzHut: thank you! We plan to transfer two!
@jaguar: thank you. It's pure luck. We had no idea how my body would react to this process for the first time.

@MrsYellowJacket: Sending lots and lots of sticky thoughts for you tomorrow!

@FliegepilzHut: Thanks!! the next 24 hours are going to be slooooow

@momazon: so exciting! Good luck!
@MrsYellowJacket: amazing progress this far! Hooray!
We had 11 eggs retrieved yesterday. I was kinda bummed because had 16 and 17 in prior cycles, but 9 fertilized this time which is comparable to the 10 that fertilized in my prior successful cycle. Transfer this wed, the 6th!

@MrsYellowJacket: Just one more wait...
@raintreebee: That's great! Grow, embies, grow!

@raintreebee: That's great news!!! I'm so happy it went well!!
We had two transferred this morning. I have no idea the stats of the embryos and couldn't muster up the question due to the Valium. Whoops!! I will ask my nurse next week. We have 4 being frozen today and will watch until tomorrow for some of the others.

Finally getting a second to really catch up. Wow I missed a lot!
@MrsYellowJacket: Wow, what a great cycle!!! FX for your two little embies and surviving the slightly less than TWW! hehe
@raintreebee: Those look like great numbers! FX for Wed. How many are you transferring?
@momazon: June will be here before you know it. I know what you mean about just waiting this long to even try. All this waiting just sucks! I hate that we can't even just try every month like just about everyone else.

@MrsYellowJacket: what a great cycle! Hopefully you don't even need those frozen ones and the ones inside you are busy implanting!

@PurplePumps: I think we are just going to transfer one. I had a difficult pregnancy with LO#1 and my memories of the newborn days are too fresh to tolerate the risk of twins!
We just got the Day 3 report. All 9 embryos are still alive, and 7 of them have 8 or more cells. Transfer is tomorrow.

Transferred one early blastocyst today. The clinic tried to get me to transfer two since they weren't expanded, but we decided against it. They said the odds are about 30% for each blast of that quality. There are six more early blastocysts they are watching until tomorrow. Feeling pretty depressed they weren't more advanced even though my son was an early blast. Statistically, I just have a worse chance. I think this is going take awhile. Infertility bites.
apricot / 378 posts
@raintreebee: Chin up! That's still great news!!! It sounds like you'll have some great ones for the freezer too if needed

@raintreebee: Infertility does bite, but your odds are still pretty good on this cycle, and it seems like you'll have lots of extras!

I tested this morning and got a ! Can't believe it. Hope it or they stick around for the long haul. After almost four years, I've never seen two lines!

@MrsYellowJacket: that is so so awesome!!! How many days past o are you? So happy for you.

@raintreebee: Early. Only 4dp5dt. So cautiously hopeful!!!! It popped up in less than 30 secs. I'm going to take a digital tomorrow.

@raintreebee: Hang in there! FX for you this cycle and for lots of frosties!
@MrsYellowJacket: Oooh! CONGRATS!!! FX for lot of stickiness!!!

I am feeling much more upbeat today! We now have three grade 4 blasts in the freezer!
