@yellowbeach: Oh duh, yes, that makes total sense. I'm so excited that you get to transfer this week!!

I truly believed we were destined to fail yet again, but I swear I see something. I. Have. Never. Seen. Something. Not in 3 years. I DON'T BELIEVE MY OWN EYES.
(This is FMU 5dpt of a 5-day-old embryo.)

@foodiebee: I definitely see that! It looks darker than what I was seeing on my faulty tests (sorry but still a FRER skeptic after last month). Beta is Wednesday, right???? Have you tried a cheapie like a Wondfo? If it shows on something less sensitive, too then I think it's definitely real!
kiwi / 662 posts
@yellowbeach: Completely understand about the FRER skepticism! Very warranted. One pack of FRERs is what I have right now, and Amazon says it can't get me Wondfos until Friday, which is the same day as the beta, so I figure I'll stick with the FRERs as long as they're progressing. Are CBDs less sensitive? I could pick up one of those. And that comic is PERFECT.

@foodiebee: that looks like progression! CBD take 50 mui of HCG; so drastically more than a FRER.

@foodiebee: Eeek!! This looks so promising!! π€for beta!!
@yellowbeach: Also LOVE the comic.

@Sams Mom: That's good to know about the CBD level. I think I'm going to hold off until I'm a little more confident. Having CBD say "not pregnant" would be hard!
AFM, I'm not sure my line this a.m. is all that much darker than yesterday. I just keep reminding myself that maybe the levels haven't doubled yet. Trying so so hard not to let the color of the line get to me. Today is the last day AF might arrive under normal circumstances, so I've been dreading today all week. I just need to get past it.

@foodiebee: ugh that feeling is the worst - like waiting to maybe/maybe not get hit by a train. I think we are both waiting in agony today... hoping the lab is fast with my progesterone result this morning.
kiwi / 662 posts
@yellowbeach: Omg yes that's the exact way I feel right now. I'm sitting here googling various combinations of "faint FRER good betas" and "faint FRER success stories." I did call my RE and left a message letting her know about the positive test. I suppose one day this process will get easier, but right now it's like going from one type of agony to another.

Progesterone is 4.30 ng/mL at 3DPO. Haven't heard back from my RE yet, but I *think* that's good?

Just gonna leave this right here:

@yellowbeach: That's beautiful! And I also have too much time on my hands. I've reached the end of google, and it's only afternoon. The two of us are waiting for Friday like:

"Your Progesterone level looks great today at 4.3, so we have confirmed your transfer will be this Friday 10/5 at 1 pm."
Woohoo! C'mon baby dust!

@yellowbeach: Yesssss!!!! Hoping this good vibe carries over for both of us on Friday!
PS @MamaBear87: Just saw your post above. Thank you!

@foodiebee: What time are you going in for your beta??? Do you have to wait long for results? π€π€

@foodiebee: just wanted to hop in and say my line was only a tiny bit darker at 8dp5dt and I have a healthy 2 year old now

@yellowbeach: Thinking of you!! Sending so many good vibes and baby dust your way.
@MrsKRB: Thank you for sharing that! I hope we have the same good fortune.
I just left the dr after my blood draw, so we'll see what it says. They close at noon, so I'm hoping the wait won't be too long. Fingers crossed!

@foodiebee: Just saw the news, congrats lady! So happy for you!
@yellowbeach: Beautiful! Sending lots of !

@Mrs Lavender: Thank you! You're next! Where are you guys in the process? Have you started stims yet?
apricot / 302 posts
@foodiebee: haha! I hope so! I finished taking my Clomid yesterday and I start Follistim and low dose HCG tonight. I had a scan this morning and was told I'm off to a good start - 20 follicles counted on my L and 15 on my R. Next appointment is Wednesday.
kiwi / 662 posts
@Mrs Lavender: 20 and 15!!!! You're doing amazing! Grow, follicles, grow!

@Mrs Lavender: Pretty good so far. We've found a groove. Ice for 10 minutes before, then shot, then massage it in for 5 minutes. It seems to work pretty well. It's not exactly comfortable, but it's not painful either. I'm sore the next day, but not anything more than if I'd worked out a bit.
@yellowbeach: How are you feeling today?
nectarine / 2648 posts
@foodiebee: Much better than yesterday. I think I had a start of a stomach bug maybe - my temp spiked to 99.6, I was crazy nauseated and had a lot of stomach cramping. Pretty much gone today. I'm starting to get nervous in anticipation of a because my trigger shot finally seems to be out - and I'm just so dreading my test staying stark white and not developing that second line. I have had this sad, terrible feeling this week that maybe our TFMR was our last chance, and we just didn't know it.

@yellowbeach: Oh no, this breaks my heart to read. I understand, but I hope you're able to feel more hopeful tomorrow.

@yellowbeach: Your doctor gave you much higher odds with your embryos being PGS tested (wasn't it like 70%?) I think you'll get another baby. All of us on the POAS board have all the fingers crossed for you!
On a total side note, how many frosties do you have on standby after this last transfer, I can't remember. 3 or 4?
nectarine / 2648 posts
@Sams Mom: thanks 4 still frozen if this doesnβt work. And yes, gave us a 70% chance. I asked at our transfer how much grade matters, and my RE said once they are PGS tested grade is immaterial.
@foodiebee: thanks - Iβm better if Iβm at work and distracted, but when Iβm home and studying for my board exam and am steps away from the bathroom and all my strips, itβs difficult not to dwell on.
