Ugh! Hate these new FRERs are awful!! This was negative in the timeframe this morning, but I got home from work and saw it sitting on the counter and there is definitely a line now. And I could almost swear that it's pink! I know there's nothing to do but wait and test again, but this is seriously messing with my mind.

@JennyPenny: I see it! Maybe late ovulation or late implantation? Not going to lie, I've been known to take apart those FRERs and hold the strip up to the light. Hoping it is not a false positive!!

@lilyann: @LovelyPlum: it's so hard not to symptom spot! In fact it's probably impossible. Though I know so many people who say they got their BFPs the month they had no symptoms

@lilyann: so, let's say I took your "suggestion" to take it apart to hold it up to the light. It's definitely still there. Does that mean it's less likely an evap? Also it's even more obvious from the back...

@JennyPenny: do you have another test? Try doing another three hour hold and test again? Or first thing in the morning if you can hold out!
I FINALLY got a blaring positive opk just now at cd 18.

I was ready for ovulation to come late this month since I had a chemical last month. To my surprise, ovulation seems right around the corner now at CD14; OPK is almost positive. BUT I was just diagnosed with strep throat yesterday! I don't feel like death today, so we'll see if he wants to get near me. hahaha We might miss out this cycle.

Was too tired to TTC last night even though I had positive opk. We still hit 0-2, but I'm preparing for next month.

What's up this month: Going camping at the end of the month for 6 days! Looking forward to some time off.

@lilyann: They are terrible! I showed my maybe from yesterday to DH and he as like "Why on earth would you make something where you're supposed to see a line shiny and curved. There's tons of lines, but which are just glare!?"

@lilyann: I do feel a lot better. My throat is still very sore, but my body aches and fever are gone.
We did manage to BD tonight, but I'm afraid we missed it. Opks were actually lighter today than yesterday. Could being sick have dampened the surge?
