Welcome and baby dust to all the newcomers (and returning bees, of course)!

Still no period. I called my doctor and he told me not to worry about it until I have been on Synthroid for 3 months (How am I supposed to not worry?)
He assures me that everything else about me is normal (my ultrasound was "unremarkable", my FSH showed I was "mid follicular phase" at CD65, and my Prolactin is normal). He is pretty sure my period will reappear on it's own once the Synthroid takes effect...
I think I may start charting again to see if I see anything...

So I am new to the boards and this is my first post! I"ve loved (aka been obsessed with) the PDO Symptom boards.. It acutally has made me feel less crazy knowing there are other women out there going through EXACTLY the same thing! I thought this month was the month with certain 'symptoms I was having, but turns out, I'm pretty sure it's just a UTI, which is way less exciting:P Still have another week though!
Cycles trying: 4
Current Cycle Day: CD22
Estimated Ovulation Date: My EWCM leads me to believe it was CD12 (6/18), but my app says it s/b CD16 (6/22)...so I'm either 10dpo or 6dpo
POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: I'm gonna wait (hopefully) until July 4th! My Cycle isn't super regular right now...anywhere from 26-36 days! It makes it difficult to track.
BD timing: We BD every other day from CD6-CD16 so we covered a lot of days!
Are you doing anything extra/different this cycle: No, but I have just starting charting my temp in the last few days to get a better handle on when I ovulate.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@pui: That's kind of frustrating that you just have to wait it out! How long have you been on the Synthroid? I hope AF shows up for you soon!
@Herestohoping12: Welcome to the Hive!! I hope it brings you luck!
bananas / 9899 posts
@Adira: I've been on Synthroid for 3 weeks and have seen no change yet. At around 6 weeks I am getting more bloodwork done to see if I need my dosage changed.

@pui: It sucks that you potentially have to wait TWO MORE MONTHS until you're supposed to worry! Hopefully AF shows up before that and/or you get some good info at your next appointment!

@ABCmrs: our first too!
@LovelyPlum: thanks for the good wishes and for putting this together again this month

@pui: well, I'm glad the rest of everything is normal, but yuck. Seriously, seriously, yuck. You are the only person for whom I'm really hoping that AF visits on this board!
@Herestohoping12: welcome!! Come be crazy with us

So I got my HSG scheduled for Wednesday. I'm glad that it is finally going to be here...now I just have to try not to be nervous! I know it will be OK. I'm glad to have some answers. In the meantime, the antibiotics I'm taking for an infection have, irony of ironies, given me a yeast infection, so it's diflucan for me. Conclusion? My body is ridiculous
eggplant / 11408 posts
@Bao: thanks. Honestly, at this point, it's a little funny and more than a little ridiculous. Clearly, I am only along for the ride here, not in any sort of control
ETA: how do YOU feel? I've been thinking about you!
nectarine / 2527 posts
@LovelyPlum: aw that's crazy if only we could control our bodies and not the other way around
bananas / 9229 posts
@LovelyPlum: Aww, don't be nervous!! It's the fear of the unknown but some sort of results/answer will be awesome!

@LovelyPlum: I know don't bodies stink sometimes? I'm feeling better, but gotta work on this pelvis which is killing me! Thanks
pomegranate / 3917 posts
@ABCmrs: I didn't think things were right with the IUD right away, but didn't know what "right" felt like, kept saying things to my doc each time I saw him (I'm sure he just thought I was being a whiner/paranoid, which I'm sure he's used to!), but we didn't discover all of this until I had my appt for it to come out (and he couldn't find it, lol) earlier in June. Just want the surgery done with so we can move on!
@Herestohoping12: Welcome to the boards
cherry / 106 posts
@lovelyplum GL on your HSG but you don't need it. It's a really simple procedure and my doctor said that your odds of conceiving go up a few percentage points the month you have it since it supposedly flushes out your tubes as well
pomegranate / 3917 posts
@LovelyPlum: I don't know what HSG is, but gl, and hope it goes well!! Thank-you for keeping track of us here in this thread!!
apricot / 344 posts
@LovelyPlum: Thank you for starting the July thread! And yes, that POAS date for me would be correct, but I'm not sure what's going on with me this month. I don't think I O'd this cycle- according to my temps this last week. So hopefully things will reset with AF and maybe I'll get to POAS at the tail-end of July? Until then, I'll be here to cheer!
So, I hear you on not being able to control our bodies! Now an infection for you...That's just, for lack of a better word, sucky. We'll be thinking about you on Wednesday! It's ok to be nervous, but just try to think of it as progress!
apricot / 402 posts
@Lovelyplum. Lots if good thoughts sent your way on Wednesday. Fingers crossed! Keep us updated.
clementine / 933 posts
GL @lovelyplum! And @beebug- what a wild story! I hope they track that thing down quickly for you!!
And I'm so excited to see so many first-time mamas on here! When we start trying, it will be for our first, too, so it's nice to know I'm good company!! Good luck all around!!
eggplant / 11408 posts
@abcmrs @Honeygold89: @LindsayInNY: @AlmostMrsG: @Beebug: @Mrsjets: @PEAPIE: @Claire.Peonies: thank you I know that it is fear of the unknown, more than anything. I'm not nervous about it hurting, or anything...more nervous they'll say something is wrong. I'm pretty sure that's not the case, but my irrational side is stubborn. I'll definitely keep you updated! And I know it can help get me pregnant-the question is, will I stay pregnant this time??
@Beebug: an HSG is an x-ray that they take after flushing your tubes and uterus with dye. It looks for blockages and other structural issues that can prevent you from getting pregnant. Since getting pregnant isnt my issue, they likely won't find anything, but my doctor still wanted to check.

Hey ladies! Here we go again. DH and I are taking a more casual approach for the next few months. Good luck to everyone!
Current Cycle Day: CD10
Estimated Ovulation Date: Probaby around the weekend of the 4th
POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: 7/19
BD timing: Whenever we feel like BDing. No schedule this month
Are you doing anything extra/different this cycle: We're going for more of a NTNP approach this month. No OPK's or EOD timing. We're going to be moving and starting new jobs soon, so we're going to take a more relaxed approach. Hopefully that means I'll get a and can hear all those annoying comments about how I just needed to stop stressing about TTC
