@Adira: I feel like that about @LindsayInNY:, lol...I'm dying to know if she's KU! This thread is like a crazy TTC soap opera! lol

@Dandelion: hahaha, when is she supposed to test?? Maybe she'll test today so we have something else to focus on!

    @Adira: Saturday, I think.

@Dandelion: @Adira: Haha, I love you guys!!! Testing is scheduled for Saturday morning. I'll be 12DPO then. I don't know how I've waited this long - usually I POAS around 10DPO (aka today) even if I've been spotting (yes, I know...). I'm fearful that I'll go nuts at work if I do it any sooner - regardless of the results.

But, today's update: CD31, 10DPO. My last 3 cycles were all consistent - 32, 34 and 30 days long with LPs of 12, 11 and 10. The last 2 cycles I spotted/had discharge from 9DPO until AF started. Temp is higher now than past days post-O - maybe triphasic? I don't know. I don't really have any obvious symptoms though unless you could a tingling forehead, LOL. The only symptom is the lack of spotting/discharge but I wonder if taking B6 has helped? Ahh!!

@Dandelion: Ugh, that's an even longer wait than you!!

Also, you'd better test EARLY tomorrow. I'm leaving for the weekend tomorrow morning and will be unable to check posts until Sunday night! I need to know that you got a BFP before I leave!

@LindsayInNY: Ooooh, your temp is up again today too??? You said it was up yesterday, but you thought it was from going to the bathroom early! OMG, I'm so excited for you! Can you share your chart?? I'd love to be able to analyze it with you! I'm so excited for you!!!!

@Adira: DH gets up at 430 am, so he may insist on it then, if he learns about the tests tonight, lol

I'm bummed. My chart is totally whacked, because I didn't get a thermometer until literally the day of or the day before I ovulated. So my chart is only halfway complete. I thought I was 7dpo today (O'ing the 18th), but now I'm thinking I'm probably 6dpo (O'ing the 19th) What do y'all think?

The open O is because I woke up dying to pee an hour before I normally test. Please be gentle. I know there isn't a lot to work with, but I mostly started just so I could practice for next month. I also missed a day. Grrrr. Really looking forwarded to starting over fresh next month!

@LindsayInNY: Yay! Those are great signs (temp and lack of spotting). I have seriously been waiting for your BFP for a few months since I was stalking the thread before coming out of hiding. Can't wait for Saturday!!!

@Littlebit: I think everyone's first charting cycle is crazy while they try and get the hang of it!

@Bao: That would be wonderful, but amazon's tracking says UPS and UPS says it's out for delivery...which means nothing, cause it won't be here until 6!

  18. Adira

    wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts

@Dandelion: That would be okay with me!!!

@Littlebit: I'm not as familiar with OPKs, but based on your chart, I think that you might be right and that you O'd on the 19th. Either way though, that BD timing on the 18th is good!!! Good luck to you!!!

  19. LindsayInNY

    bananas / 9229 posts

@Adira: It's down a little from yesterday but much higher than previous post-O days! It's more on par with my usual post-O temps (they've been lower than usual this cycle - I'm convinced it's a weather issue). Post-O is usually in the high 79 to low/mid 80 degrees. This cycle was more low-mid 79 degrees. 8DPO was 97.6, 9DPO (yesterday) was 98.2 (huge spike!) and today (10DPO) was 97.95. Here's my chart - I'll take all the over-analyzing I can get!! - http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/LindsayInNY

@SweetiePie: Part of me wishes I hadn't taken B6 because I'm wondering if the lack of spotting is because of that! Ahh, this is the worst TWW yet, LOL!

  21. LindsayInNY

    bananas / 9229 posts

@Littlebit: I'm thinking O was CD19 too based on the +OPK the day before?

  22. SweetiePie

    honeydew / 7463 posts

@LindsayInNY: Well, think of it this way. Even if it is the B6, at least its doing what its supposed to be doing. So even if this isn't the month, that is only a good thing for future months!
(But I secretly think its a good sign )

  23. Adira

    wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts

@LindsayInNY: Wow, your temps are whacky, haha. That jump though is really encouraging. Did you do anything differently that may have caused today's high temp? Or could it be a bun in the oven???

  24. Littlebit

    nectarine / 2932 posts

@LindsayInNY: Yeah, I think you're right! I thought there was only a 12-24 hour window for OPKs, and I got a super positive around 6pm on the 17th. Then I got another positive (though not as dark, but still definitely positive) the morning of the 18th. Both of my fertility app's on my phone predicted the 17th as O date, so they were only a little off.

Thank you everyone, for looking. At least now I have a better idea for next month! Was it hard for you guys to get in the habit of temping? I set an alarm on my phone now, so that should help. But I feel like I'm so scared I'll forget that I keep waking up early each morning and I'm not able to fall back asleep. I'm hoping this becomes more second-nature as the days go by!

  25. LindsayInNY

    bananas / 9229 posts

@SweetiePie: Good call!! Optimism either way

@Adira: My temps are usually "better" than this. I was on vacation at the beginning of the month (in mid-80 temps with no AC) so I know that messed things up a little - aka all the white circles. Didn't do anything differently today though. Went to bed around 11pm (usual time), woke up at 5:30 (usual time). I was up around 3:00 a.m. to pee, that's it...

@Littlebit: Temping takes some getting use to. Personally, I never set an alarm for it. If I woke up a little before or after my alarm (within an hour usually), I would just temp then. A lot of times I wake up around then on the weekends naturally and go back to sleep so I would temp then too.

I am 6dpo. I've been experiencing the weirdest shooting sensation yesterday and today. It sort of feels like someone is shoving something sharp/large up my hoo-ha...but not necessarily in a painful way because it doesn't hurt, it just makes me kind of go "oh my." If that makes any sense at all...jeez, tmi much??

I guess we'll see if AF decides to show next week. I know she'll be on her way if I get super cranky at 8-9dpo.

@LindsayInNY: ahh! So far I think it looks pretty good! FX those temps stay up!

@doxielove FX that those were some implantation pains! Not that i woud wish pain on you, but you know...all for the sake of babymakin'

@beebug: So great to hear mirena is out! Hugs for a fast recovery!

@lindseyinny: I think your chart looks great. Possible implantation dip at 7dpo and even if your temp was a little off yesterday, it would be more or less in line with today's temp.

@littlebit: Agree with @lindseyinny, temping does take a bit to get used to. But just remember that ultimately it's about the overall pattern and that one off day or an abnormally high or low temp doesn't necessarily mean anything.

My update - I did test this am and it was a BFN. Sort of expected since i think i actually O'd sometime overnight so I might be a day off in my dpo count. The good news, my temp is still high so I'm definitely not out yet. Will probably wait until Sat to test again.

@FaithFertility: I lost my nerve and didn't test.

Part of the reason I am waiting is that I had cramping yesterday and the day before. Not sure if it was implantation or not, but if so, I wanted to give it a day or two for hcg to build in my system. Of course, it is entirely possible that it wasn't I related, but a girl cam dream, right?

The other reason I waited is because I'm scared! Lol, I'm such a hypocrite

@Adira: @Bao: The UPS Gods have bestowed their blessing upon me! My box came at noon! DS and I went out for lunch (free pizza!) and came home to my box on the porch! It's now stashed in my side of the closet. Hooray!

@Adira: @T.H.O.U.: While we were out to lunch, I was thinking that maybe I'll just go ahead and fess up to DH when he got home, so that I didn't have to just shock him later when the sticks came.

I just don't want to stress him out or anything unless it's for real, ya know?
