@doxielove: I was out of town for the weekend, so sorry for the delay. The only way they can conclusively diagnose endo is through a laparoscopy. My doctor suspects it because of my symptoms and I also had an ultrasound that didn't show any cysts or other abnormalities. (Endo does not show up on an u/s). She gave me the option of doing the lap when she first suspected it 2 months ago and I wanted to avoid the surgery, but now I am kicking myself for waiting. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.

@jhd: This happened to me a couple cycles ago! Crazy sore boobs, like never before, and then AF shows up! It's since become a pms sign for me too, very disappointing and super uncomfortable!

So I was away for the weekend so I couldn't POAS early (10dpo), but by the time I got home I couldn't resist. BFN. Not very concentrated pee, but nonetheless disappointing. AF is due today or tmw, so I'm going to try and hold out.

So I got crosshairs today based on one notation of watery/EW CM. If I remove the CM data then the crosshairs disappear. No +OPK (unless I missed it) but my temps have been up (could be sickness related?). This is the first cycle where I've really been WTF about O - did it, didn't it, etc. Ugh, so frustrating. Anyone have an opinion from my chart?
bananas / 9899 posts
@LindsayInNY: I think your chart is accurate and you O'd on CD20. However, I would keep up BD for a few more days to see if you temp stays up.
bananas / 9229 posts
@pui: What's throwing me off is the CM. I don't usually chart it but did for that day because it seemed noticeable - whatever "it" was. If I remove that from FF, the crosshairs disappear too. I'm guessing the OPK data is overriding that?
bananas / 9899 posts
@LindsayInNY: I guess? I think only way to find out is to wait a few more days and keep up with BDing to be safe... sorry
apricot / 344 posts
@LindsayInNY: That happened to me last cycle. I don't really chart CM closely but FF definitely thinks that data is more reliable. Even though it's the most objective... ?
wonderful clementine / 24134 posts
@LindsayInNY: have you played with the various settings of FF? Not sure if it would help or make things more confusing in this case.
bananas / 9229 posts
@T.H.O.U.: I did. The default O setting and the one that uses BBT both showed crosshairs, even if I remove the CM data. I'm definitely overdue for O so maybe I'll do one last OPK tonight and see if it looks any different?

Such an exciting board!
I'm a rollover-- I tested on the morning of June 8th pre-wedding celebration. BFN so I enjoyed much champagne. And then AF arrived one day early on June 9th, awesome. I was very dissapointed but now I'm ready for this new cycle.
We were away but I just caught up on all the BFP's- yipppeee!
I'm still a non-charter because that's what worked for baby numero uno but I'm starting to think about using an OPK...
@Lovelyplum- your kindness is infectious-- you are a great TWW cheerleader!

@RLCeigh: But at least you got to have lots of fun at the wedding!

Assuming FF has my O date right, 10DPO will be next Monday the 24th. My in-laws will be in town staying with us the whole week so not sure how the POAS will go! We leave on vacation Saturday. I think I'm going to hold off on a POAS until 12DPO - Wednesday the 26th? @doxielove - Not sure what date you want to put me down for. 26th?
cherry / 155 posts
@norcalwayfarer: Right! And had sushi too! And then its great how fast the next cycle comes. Already figuring out the TWW days...
nectarine / 2134 posts
@RLCeigh: Although I was bummed we didn't get a BFP our first cycle trying, I've been happy to take advantage of all of the "fun" things that I wouldn't have been able to do! Trying to get my fill of sushi and beer while I wait for the next TWW
eggplant / 11408 posts
@RLCeigh: thank you so much! You totally made my day I'm.really sorry about your bfn, but I'm glad you are making the most of it! See you in July

So I realize that I am one of maybe two or three people on this board that probably feels this way, but I cannot freakin *wait* for AF to get here. I mean, I am not going to enjoy the process of her coming...I'm 7dpo and can already tell this is going to be the period from Hell. But it means that this month of doing nothing is almost OVER!!! Next month is a waiting month, too, but it is more of a testing month, so positive steps.
I also decided last night that I'm way over being super good about what I eat All. The. Time. It just feels it is rubbing it in my face that I am mot pregnant anymore. So, I've had coffee twice this week, and three days in a row, I had a a glass of wine with dinner. And it was awesome
bananas / 9229 posts
@LovelyPlum: YES!!! My first cycle I had so many "off limits" items either the whole time or during the TWW - coffee especially! Now, I really only pay attention to the last week of the TWW and try to avoid alcohol then.

@LovelyPlum: Welcome to the "Please visit us AF" club! CD82 and still no sign of the b*tch lol.

@LovelyPlum: Good on you! You deserve it and NOBODY can expect to be perfect all the time. I just ate two cupcakes that a friend dropped in and surprised me with. I felt that tiny pang of guilt, but they. were. so. good. I'm a firm believer of moderation. As long as its not 2 cupcakes every day and Im getting some exercise, so what?
eggplant / 11408 posts
@pui: LOL, I was totally thinking of you!! I hope that is not weird Why won't she come to you?! Maybe she got lost...
@LindsayInNY: I'm seriously loving the coffee. It made me sick when I was pregnant, which was really sad. Definitely glad to be able to drink.it again. And the thing is, I dont think I will be a psycho about drinking small.sips/half glasses of alcohol while pregnant. But right now, I am loving the guilt-free refill
@AuntieEm: thanks and I agree-as long as I am.exercising and nit eating everything everywhere, I'm ok with it. I still eat healthy, I still exercise. I'm just over the.guilt, and it feels awesome.

Wow, this thread moves so quickly over the weekend while I'm trying to stay off my computer, I need to catch up! Of course, I did stalk FF on my phone all weekend, that doesn't count on my 'unplugged' weekends!
Anyone else looking at their chart in FF like 5 times a day? Like it's magically going to change if I look at it enough times (Grrr, still holding out for it finally give me cross hairs, which it still hasn't, even though I had two peak days on my monitor last week).
persimmon / 1116 posts
@AuntieEm: @LovelyPlum: Today, I ate an entire box of Mac and Cheese all by myself...FOR BREAKFAST. Im totally there with you! Haha! You are being incredibly patient. Hoping this next month or so flys by and that your tests provide some answers!!
eggplant / 11408 posts
@AuntieEm: @citymouse: thanks, you guys are sweet. Thanks for making me smile
nectarine / 2134 posts
@LovelyPlum, @LindsayInNY: I'm only on cycle 2 TTC but I totally feel that way already. I was super good cycle 1 TTC about no alcohol or coffee...I'm so over it already. Back to a beer whenever I feel like it and a coffee at least every morning.
bananas / 9229 posts
@NorCalWayfarer: Oh I have coffee every morning! That's something I will not be giving up! Cutting back, yes, but not until a BFP. I have two cups a day currently. And I drink alcohol up until the last week of the TWW. A lot of people follow the "drink till it's pink" motto!
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22276 posts
I'm a drink til it's pink person, but I'm not a big drinker anyway though I can't give up my coffee either until I get a BFP since the tww is torture enough as it is lol
nectarine / 2134 posts
@LindsayInNY, @Bao: I think I'm going to have to be a "drink until it's pink" person -- for both coffee and alcohol! But like you said @LindsayInNY, the drinking of coffee will just get cut but -- there's no way I could totally cut it out!
kiwi / 693 posts
Same here, no giving up coffee for me until a BFP, and cutting out my precious wine only the second week of the TWW. I've got enough to stress about without dealing with caffeine headaches!
eggplant / 11408 posts
To be honest, I didn't plan on giving it up at all, even after my BFP. It just made me sick, so I figured I should cut it out. I was going to try to stick with it, but a nice cup of coffee is one of life's great pleasures. So, I'm just going with the flow, for now
kiwi / 693 posts
@LovelyPlum: Me either, for coffee anyway. I will definitely cut back from my quad-shot espresso drinks while pregnant, but hey, two shots are still under my doctor's daily caffeine recommendation! That is, if ms allows the coffee drinking to continue. It really is one of life's great pleasures
I say enjoy it, for now or as long as you can! There's got to be some perks in your waiting months.
bananas / 9229 posts
@Sprite: I'm with ya! I have two cups a day - one at home, one at work. I might cut back to half a cup at home or something but that's my only vice!
nectarine / 2134 posts
@Sprite: MMMmmm quad espresso shots, that's what I used to do in law school I've recently cut back to double shots and am planning to cut back to single shots if/when pregnant (since an espresso shot is apparently only like 75mg of caffeine). I've already cut back to one coffee in the morning since TTC, but I occasionally find myself in need of that 2pm coffee!
clementine / 854 posts
@pui: I haven't been following along much this month! I can't believe you're still waiting on AF. So sorry!
I'll cut coffee once I get a BFP. For now, I'm enjoying my one LARGE cup each morning.
