Hello ladies! Not really sure where to post this!

I got a text message from daycare yesterday late to tell me that on Tuesday my son will be celebrating carnaval!

So I have two days to think of an easy DIY costume. I'd rather not spend any money on something he will wear 2 hours at the most.
Last year he was a pirate.

Any ideas??
