LO is almost 11 mo and I am struggling with how much he should be nursing/cup/bottle.

I am a WOHM and we have a MSPI so I'll be continuing to nurse/pump past a year and hopefully until we've outgrown the allergy. He is still reacting so mama milk it is!

Kelly Mom says 14-19 ounces is the typical intake. We nurse 4ish times a day and he still gets three bottles but isn't loving them. I am just not sure how to break up his milk during the day any more. I am thinking bottle with his morning nap, cup with lunch and then another bottle with his afternoon nap?

When did you switch to a cup of milk? How much milk did you give during the day?
