I took it, in addition to fenugreek, and successfully increased my supply. Not sure which one worked, but neither made me feel sick.

I've taken it two separate times and I never felt sick. I have heard that fenugreek can cause gassiness in some people/babies, but we didn't have that problem either. I took half the dose for about a week or two and my supply went up. Pumping and nursing kept it up. Over the summer I stopped pumping, so when I went back to work, I finished the rest of the bottle and it worked great again! Good luck!

P.S. I took the pills. The tincture sounds dreadful!
