Anyone used the more milk plus? Did it help increase your supply? Did you take fenugreek On top of the MMP?

I took both and also drank mother's milk tea... i felt it didn't do anything for me but I know it has done a lot for others.

I didn't feel like it helped me. I did not take fenugreek on top of it.

I tried MMP and fenugreek separately and had no luck with supply increases.... but the amazon comments seem to imply it works well for others.

I drink it and take fenugreek. No clue if it really helps or not, I'm doing everything there is and haven't started to cut anything to see what, if anything, actually makes a difference!
ETA: oops, thought you meant the tea, sorry!

I took fenugreek, drank the tea, and took the drops. I also took calc+mag druing AF time. It helped me to keep up with DS' intake.

I have mother's milk tea and I think it helped my supply tremendously. As did pumping every 2 hours.

I'm currently taking it. My lactation consultant added a fenugreek tincture to it. It tastes terrible!
I'm not sure I've seen an increase from it. I'm also drinking a milk tea, and taking Domperidone.

I took it and saw results when I took it exactly like the instructions said. If I skipped a pill I could definitely tell.

i took both and while it did not do a lot for me, I did notice an overall 1-2 (total oz for the day) increase. Since I did have low supply, that 1-2 oz was still better than nothing!

I took the pills and saw an increase after a few days. I didn't take fenugreek on top of it, but I did add a serving of oatmeal to my daily breakfast.
I'm not sure I've seen an increase from it. I'm also drinking a milk tea, and taking Domperidone.
