TMI - This may be a bit sexual.
After breastfeeding for 15 months, I feel like my nipples don't have any sensitivity any more. For the longest time I never thought much of it because DH wasn't going anywhere near them, but now that I am almost weaning, I was hoping to get some of those "sensations" back. Did it come back from anyone else?

It comes back! Don't worry! I didn't nurse as long as you, only made it a year, but it came back.

The sensation in mine is already coming back. Although, I'm not comfortable with DH using them as play things just yet... because they feel so different after weaning (saggy and baggy).

Mine are actually more sensitive, I hope they go back to how they were before.

good to know! we just got over the hump most people hit at 2 weeks (at 8 weeks) and breastfeeding is finally going excellent. but...she can nurse in any position and yank on my nipple and it doesn't hurt anymore. that made me nervous that I lost all feeling, lol!
