I've been producing colostrum once my supply diminished after I stopped bf'ing a couple of months ago. I've noticed today that I am producing milk again? Is this normal? I think this is strange!

I still leaked for a few months after the initial drying up phase. It did eventually go away after... 3 months of leaking, I think, although occasionally I still leak a few drops here and there.

This is happening to me too! Stopped bf'ing 2 months ago, but am still leaking drops throughout the day.

a friend and I were talking about this the other day. She produced milk for a FULL YEAR(!!!!) until she got pregnant with #2. It was just a small amount, but apparently it's totally normal. Another friend stopped 5 months ago and still makes a small amount too.

It can take several months to go away completely. I'm 6 months pp and I still leak sometimes.

Wow, I was just about to post something about this. I stopped breastfeeding about 5months ago. Tobin cried this weekend and I was producing milk - I feel a bit relieved to know that it happens to others.

ohmygosh! i thought i was abnormal! i stopped 4 months ago and i still can squeeze out droplets. glad i'm not the only one either!
