Anyone ever use one of these? I was thinking it might be good to have for going out when I need to nurse in the car or at someone else's house & wouldn't bring my brest friend.....

That would have been the wrong shape for me. With a newborn I was better off sitting cross legged and tucking a regular throw pillow or a scrunched up blanket in my lap to make it more flat. Adding height to one side would have been counterproductive.

I probably wouldn't use it. I really hate taking a ton of stuff everywhere and it wouldn't fit in my diaper bag.

I have an inflatable nursing pillow that I use for traveling which has been really handy.

FWIW I stopped using the breast friend after a couple months so I don't see this being something I would need very long.

I definitely wouldn't carry that around. It would just be one more thing to have in my full hands

Hmmm, if I was going to get a special nursing pillow I think I'd need something for under his bum too, even if I wanted his head elevated. LO is 3 mos and we still use the boppy, or just a regular pillow.
ETA: saw your comment about using it for a travel pillow, and I agree with others that it is probably not worth lugging around!

I wouldn't carry one around, but leave in my car for sure as I have nurses in there quite a few times and it's so awkward.
It looks quite good! I shove a pillow under either my arm or under her head like that when I'm at other people's houses. Now that she's older I just cross my legs and use those to prop us up.

@MrsKRB: That's funny! I nurse 99% of the time with it. In fact I'm nursing do much bc of the twins I sometimes don't unhook it and walk around the house like a ufo! My DH thinks I'm nuts!
