@travellingbee: you did meds and TI, right? So it's still possible that you're off a day or two on O? Firstly, I don't think that's way too light for 12 dpo. Secondly, they say all the time not to go by darkness as an indicator of viability. Thirdly, its getting darker anyway! So try not to worry (I know, easier said than done!)
On a separate note, I'm no where near ready for another baby or another round of IVF. But this thread sure does make me feel like peeing on something right now!

@SweetiePie: not really- I did a trigger shot. I should have O'd around midnight, had a ton of ovulation pains around 10pm and then my temp rose the next morning so I'm 99% sure of ovulation. So because it happened overnight, I'm more like 11.5dpo rather than 12dpo

So very happy for you & fingers crossed so hard for you! My FRER looked exactly like yours for 12dpo (& still does... I can't throw it away until I bring our Lil Miss home in about a month!). Relax & enjoy & here's to good strong betas!
