Same speed and suction settings. I pumped yesterday no problem but today I'm getting a sore, pinchy sensation around my nipples when I pump. 
I've repositioned and made sure the flanges are on correctly. Plenty of milk is coming out.

I feel like I would experience this randomly throughout my time pumping and nursing. Could you be ovulating or about to get your period? I think that affects your sensitivity. I would end up just using lanolin or APNO for a couple days, which seemed to help, and then things would return to normal.

@Adira: No period yet so I'm not sure! I haven't had to use any lanolin or anything in a while. It may be time to break it back out.
@maybebaby: I don't think so! I've been using the same ones for 6 months now and I haven't had any problems yet.

@Danizaur: Well if you end up getting your period in a couple weeks, you'll know what the reason was! Definitely try lanolin or APNO for a few days and see if that helps. Hopefully it's just one of those flukes and it goes away shortly.

Happens to me now and then for no apparent reason (I haven't gotten my period back yet or anything).

I got that feeling too and it always seemed to be when I was hot/sticky and sweaty. I think it caused the flanges to fit weird and pinch!
