We absolutely adore the two college girls we have watching our 2-year old right now and I would like to use them to also watch our baby once I head back to work in 2017.

I took 4.5 months off with DS and then the grandmothers watched him exclusively until he was about 20 months (he'll start part time preschool when he turns 2).

This time around my work situation is very different and I'm thinking about only taking about 8-10 weeks off. Baby #2 would then be part time with MIL and part time with one of the college girls (assuming they are available, college schedules change every quarter!). We really love them and they are great with our 2-year old, but I'm just having a little anxiety leaving such a tiny baby with someone who isn't kin.

I know people do it all the time so I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance that it will be okay Thanks mamas!
