I'm going with coworkers (like my boss and a few directors - all male) and our consultants to an NFL game this weekend. I usually feed or pump every 3-4 hours (max) and will be gone about 6 for the game. I would just bring a manual pump, but our stadium just instituted a one clear bag rule. What in the world. I don't know what to do. My supply isn't great so I really don't want to hold off 6 hours.
Anyone ever dealt with this or have any thoughts?

Huh-- that's a pretty unique conundrum!
Can you call the stadium directly? It seems like they should make a concession for you, like the TSA would on the liquids rule...

Now I wish I wasn't carpooling because I'd rather deal with security without 3 older men waiting for me on the other side of the security.

Oy. Will you be in regular stadium seats or boxed seats?
I have pumped in bathrooms but i'm not sure I would want to in our regular stadium bathrooms!

Per the NFL regs, it looks like you shouldn't have an issue getting it in, just maybe having to deal w/ the gate folks. They make exceptions for medical devices.
I'd call them up like @Foodnerd81: mentioned, and keep your pump and such in the regular bag and then use your clear one like you regularly would.

ETA- Could be worth an email to the stadium/team instead, as you'll have it in writing. At least we know the Redskins are cool, and offer a private place to pump!

@indi: I saw the medical device note. Wasn't positive if it would be considered that to them though! Putting it in email is a good idea. Wish this was a redskins game!

And at least with a breast pump, if you're getting flak, most people will freeze up if you get a little "lactivist" on them and just tell you to please take your bag and go on through. Aaah, the uncomfortable power of the word breast used in a non-sexual fashion.

@Mrs. Lovejoy: Hey, 3-2 ain't all bad. I married a Vikings fan, so I understand disappointment. *Go, Pack, go!* Sundays are not a funday at our house. LOL.
And yes, one mention of "engorged breasts" and "leaking nipples" and they will likely usher you through with glee. Hahaah.
