I work full time since LO is 12.5 months old and I am down to basically two nursing sessions on work days. On the weekends, I also nurse 2 -3 times per day.

For my job, I have to work one late evening per week so I get home after LO is in bed. I was initially pumping this night at work and saving the milk for the following week. I am not doing it for his calcium intake as he eats plenty of cheese and yogurt - and he barely touches milk in a cup (breast or cow's milk).

I am basically pumping to maintain my supply since I usually nurse him before bed and this one night a week I don't. Is it still necessary to do this after 16 months? Will my supply really suffer if I don't nurse/pump one evening per week? Because I am really hating it now and don't feel like pumping!
Especially since most of the milk gets wasted!
