I nurse at 830 before leaving at 9, and H has been taking 2 5oz bottles until I get home at 5 and nurse her. I have been pumping 2x and get 8-10oz total. I have had a small freezer stash so dipping in here and there for a fee extra ozs wasnt a big deal.

Now, H's appetite has suddenly increased, and yesterday she ate 13 oz! The nanny said she was crying when she finished her bottle and it was clear she was still hungry. I pumped 8! And my freezer "stash" is down to around 15oz.

I'm sad! I need to work in an extra pumping session somewhere! Her sleep is so erratic right now (thank you, 4 month sleep regression!!!) that I don't know what time to get up to do it though...But I'm going to have to do something!

I never thought I'd care if we had to start supplementing, but now that it's staring me in the face, I feel like if I'n going to fight the WOHM fight of pumping, then I've got to meet the demand! Otherwise, hooking up to a pump in the back of my car every day just doesnt feel worth it!!!

What's your defecit, oz pumped vs oz needed? Does it stress you out?
