We are meeting with a babysitter tonight and she's about 18 I think. She is actually our friends babysitter so we trust their judgement on recommending her, but we have never hired a babysitter outside of family so we aren't sure what to ask.
She won't be babysitting tonight, just coming to meet the girls and see the house etc. What questions should we ask her?

Does she have CPR/First aid training? At least know infant choking?
Cell phone - go over a cell phone policy use
Experience with kids, babysitting, or other
Does she have references you can call?
Will she be driving the kids at all? If so, driving record
Ask how she handles discipline?
Thoughts on media/tv time for kids?
Ask what some of her favorites activities to do with infants are, what about toddlers, preschool age?
Ask her rate, does she have a late policy?
