I currently use Playtex drop-ins with slow flow nipples, but DD is choking and spitting up a lot when drinking from a bottle. She doesn't do this at the breast ever. Do you have experience with these bottles and know of one that has a slower flow?

I really like the medela bottles and nipples, but they are not cheap! We have a ton of evanflo(?) nipples from the hospital that LO seems to like too.

We used mOmma bottles for a long time, and they were great! Now we use Playtex Ventaire, with the slow nipple, but it's the same that you would be using in the drop-in.

out of all the ones we've tried, our kids prefer the evenflo customflow nipples. apparently the flow is more dependent on their suck with them. kids never had any trouble breastfeeding, though the nipples are the narrower kind.
