Just hoping I am not alone here......

LO is 3.5 months. Born 9lbs 1oz and gaining weight steadily/appropriately.

She is (in the last month) rejecting bottles (tried fresh breastmilk, defrosted breastmilk, formula) the last full bottle she took was January 6th. Everything since then (haven't tried since mid-Jan) was a fight of a few oz's).

She also is rejecting me at times, we used to feed when she woke (usually around 8am), 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm (bedtime) and then again 4am. If it fluctuated it was always 5x a day, 1 x through the night.

Mid January she started rejecting me and went to 4x a day (8am 11am 3pm, 7pm), and now I'm finding 4x is tough. Sometimes I can get her to eat 4x a day but at least two of the sessions are awful nurse sessions (usually the 11am she either rejects or nurses awfully, and then the 3pm she does whatever she didn't do at 11). She burps and spits up sometimes, sometimes not at all, this is something that's never changed (with exception to yesterday where she spit up the entire meal each feeding, today back to normal, thankfully). But I offer her the breast as routine as I can, or when it seems like she wants it to try to get a "normal" amount of feedings in, but she rejects the breast.

I did try early/mid-January to quit bf'ing, I could totally go without it, would happily switch to formula, but apparently she dictates all of this right now (ha!) and I deal.

She is her happy self, no fever or anything that seems "off". I feel like she is not getting enough, but struggle with the saying "if she's hungry, she'll eat" and feel like she would take it if offered, but she's refusing me for what I feel like is the appropriate amount of feedings.

I would love (l-o-v-e) to get her back on a bottle (whether it be breastmilk or formula), especially the bedtime one so I can get away when DH gets home from work or *gasps* he and I could go out to dinner/out for the evening before her last meal of the day. I know if I do get her on a bottle it may not be able to be that feeding, it may have to be an earlier in the day one, and then work toward end of day.

I feel like I'm stuck. Can't quit bf'ing and I want to, but can't get her on a bottle either to at least get a break from bf'ing. She took the bottle (Avent) like a pro in Nov, Dec and early Jan.

Any suggestions? We see doctor February 20th for 4 month check up and shots, and I will be interested to see where we're at by then.
