I find that I get way more milk waaay faster if I spend most of the pump session in letdown mode... Is there any reason why I shouldn't?

@IcebergMom: the directions said just to run it in letdown mode long enough to get the milk flowing, I just don't want to blow up the pump motor lol

I would cycle between letdown mode and regular mode throughout my pumping session. I'm not sure if it is in the directions or maybe KellyMom? but I am sure I read somewhere about using the letdown mode throughout your pumping session to increase output. I pumped for 21 months and my motor was fine!
