How much yogurt ends up on the tray/floor/face/hands and how much ends up in your LO's mouth? 
DS has been obsessed with self-feeding with a spoon/fork for the past month. He's good with most foods, but yogurt?! it's about 60(mouth)/40(everywhere else). LOL

I'd say about 30% ends up in his mouth right now! Day care is a little more patient with him and lets him go a little longer than I do, but he's starting to become so independent! When did he get so big??

She is good until she wants to throw the bowl on the floor or tip it all over the tray. So I keep a close eye on her to grab the bowl before she starts doing that! Otherwise, she's been really good at using the spoon and fork.

She has always been really good with greek yogurt because its thicker. I would say that as of 18months she was about 90% in her mouth.

M is 15 months and gets about 80% of Greek yogurt in her mouth, she does pretty well with a spoon and loves her yogurt so she doesn't like wasting any!

LO is 14 months, and I'm going with 40% in her mouth for yogurt. As she gets frustrated, she takes it off the spoon with her hand and then licks her hands. It's the messiest but cutest.

You're brave!! I haven't even attempted to have him self-feed yogurt, and he's nearly 16 months old...

she won't use utensils! she uses them as a drum stick, not to feed herself. if I load the fork, she'll pull the food off it to eat it. sigh.
