DS has drank water out of a sippy cup since he was 6 months old and he just turned 1 last week. We are transitioning from nursing and bottles to a cup. DS drinks milk from a cup BUT he makes a big mess most of the time. Its almost like he drinks so fast that he doesn't swallow everything when he goes to take a breath and milk comes out everywhere. He did this some with water but I didn't take too much notice too to it. Doing it with breast milk is a little grosser to me.

Any tips? I am trying different cups but he still does it and I am not sure what to do!
