should i branch out from care.com to find a nanny? i'm trying to look for one close by and care.com only has so much.....what are your thoughts and suggestions on other sites?

As a nanny, I prefer Sittercity by far. I found my last family and the one previous on there and it worked out great. Happy to help you if you have any specific questions about it.

In Canada we have a Canadian version of care.com and another called canadiannanny.ca - I had much better luck with the other site.

I've used Urbansitter.com and like it! Found a great sitter on there!
