So this might potentially be the dumbest question on Hellobee, but I seriously do wonder about this.
(Might be TMI)
I am 23 weeks along and have not seen a change in my full A cups (except the areolas).
I am wondering if that might be a sign that I will have problems with milk supply and or simply just breastfeeding.
Also: A while ago (6 years ago) I ended up having a miscarriage, however before that at my first prenatal appointment the Doctor gave me a breast exam and when he looked at my breast/nipples he told me I might have trouble breastfeeding & that I needed to pull on my nipples/areolas daily to get them ready. I now find it a little weird but am concerned because at 23 weeks my new doctor has yet to examine my breast and say anything similar.
Does anyone have any experience in this department that can calm my nerves of not being able to breastfeed?
I haven't heard of pulling on the nipples to prepare them, but she did advise me to start rubbing them with coarse washcloths frequently throughout my pregnancy to toughen them up for breastfeeding. But that was mostly to decrease pain for me down the road rather than anything to do with supply, etc.
